Cheesecake Cookie Cups

My good friend Chantal invited me over for a girls' night in last night. To celebrate the event (yes, our lives have gotten so busy with kids that an evening of watching television in peace now qualifies as an event), she made yummy mini cheesecakes with a cookie base and cherry topping.
