In the beginning...

I love to sew, but I'm not very skilled. Cruising the internet for other sewing and crafting blogs has, however, inspired me to get better. Even if I never become good or great, it won't be for lack of trying. This blog is meant to serve as my personal sewing diary, a place where I can post about my fabric dilemmas, pattern selections, fitting issues, or excitement about the creations of others. I hope to post photos of my in-progress and completed projects, and use this forum as a motivator to keep me going. Enjoy!
